Delivery, returns and privacy.

Delivery

We deliver all over Pakistan. After you place your order, the Gharanaa Support Team calls you to confirm it. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city. Delivery is Rs. 200 per order, and it is free on orders of Rs. 10,000 or more. Some packs, like our Mini Dry Fruit packs of 6 and 12, always come with free delivery.

Payment

Cash on Delivery: you pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Please check your parcel before paying.

Returns and exchanges

Because our products are food items, we cannot take back a pack once it is opened. If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please call or WhatsApp us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will replace it.

Privacy

We only ask for your name, phone number and address so that we can deliver your order. We never sell or share your details with anyone, except the courier company that brings your parcel.
